MyNorthsideHR is a website that Northside Hospital employees can access to check their information at any time. It could be difficult for new employees to log into the portal. They might not be aware of the login process or how to log in.

To manage your employee’s information online you must first have an online account to access the MyNorthsideHR portal, If you are a new user and doesn’t have an online account you can create one with ease. To create an Online Account you will need to:

First-time Registration – MyNorthsideHR
  • Visit the official site of MyNorthsideHR at https://northsideportal.ehr.com
  • Click on the link that shows “First-time registration.”
  • After coming to the next page, submit the following details:
  • MyNorthsideHR employee ID
  • Postal or zip code
  • Birthdate
  • Email address
  • Confirm email address again
  • SSN last four digits
  • After entering all the details, click on “Submit button” for account registration. By clicking the submit button, you agree to have a temporary link sent to the personal e-mail address provided to reset your password.
